Pulmonary stenosis is a heart defect in which a narrowing of the outflow opening of the right ventricle or the subsequent pulmonary artery obstructs blood flow from the right ventricle to the lungs. This can lead to symptoms such as lethargy, shortness of breath, and, in severe cases, heart failure.
