Poison Control Centers
The Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety provides a list of poison control centers and poison information centers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

These are primarily intended for humans, not animals. Nevertheless, information on possible poisonings can often be provided. There is no dedicated emergency center for animals in Germany.
For veterinarians, important information on poisoning management is available on the Swiss Clinipharm website https://www.vetpharm.uzh.ch/clinitox/klt/toxtklt.htm.
